Counselling is a great way to help sort out difficulties in your life - be they at home, at work, relationships, bereavement or stress.
No problem is too trivial to bring to counselling. It offers you the opportunity to explore problems with someone who is impartial, and who is trained to neither judge nor advise you. In this way it can help you understand more about yourself and to resolve difficult or painful situations. Counselling is different from help and advice received from family or friends.
It can also be used as a tool for personal growth and development. Reviewing strengths, weaknesses and achievements, and developing a life plan can be beneficial for some of life's milestones.
Sessions are totally confidential and are held on a one to one basis.
Our counsellor adheres to and supports the Code of Ethics and Practice as laid down by the British Association for Counselling.Contact Trinity House Practice on: 01625 500777
