Your initial appointment at Trinity House Practice usually lasts 30 minutes although longer appointments can be booked if necessary. During your first appointment, one of our experienced physiotherapists will complete an in-depth assessment to provide you with a diagnosis of your problem. We can then provide treatment that will benefit you whilst advising you on how best to manage your symptoms. We will also discuss with you the length of time recovery may take and an estimate of the number and frequency of appointments you may require to see you back to full health.

You can either pay for treatment individually on a session by session basis or alternatively, you can access treatment with us if you are registered with a private medical insurance provider. Trinity House Practice Ltd is approved by all major UK and international private medical insurers for the provision of physiotherapy services. If you are accessing physiotherapy treatment with us using your medical insurance please bring your policy number and authorisation number with you to your initial appointment.
